If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Sites.
To use our Sites and purchase alcoholic products, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may verify your age via third-party services and may request identification upon delivery.

Placing an order on our Sites does not constitute a contract until your order is accepted and dispatched by us. Order acceptance and formation of the contract will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, inability to verify age, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are quoted in the respective currncy of your delivery address, including applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations, changes in the rate of duty, VAT, or other applicable taxes or tariffs.
While we endeavor to ensure all product information and pricing are accurate, errors may occur. If a product you ordered is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Availability of products is subject to change, as many of our products are seasonal and may run out. In the event of substitution, we may provide a product of equal or greater value. We reserve the right to terminate any special offers or promotions without notice.
We deliver within the UK and Europe. Delivery options and costs will be specified during checkout. Deliveries must be received by an adult aged 18 or over, and we may require a signature or verification upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your delivery, alternative arrangements may be made as per your delivery instructions. Free delivery may be available for orders meeting specific criteria.
Our deliveries are made by third-party carriers. Some deliveries may not require a signature; however, we require that any order of £500 or more must be signed for. If you are out, the delivery driver may leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbor, if possible, or provide instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.
If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel within 14 calendar days after receiving the products. We will arrange collection of the products (free of charge) and issue a refund within 14 days. If any products are faulty or not to your satisfaction, we offer replacements or refunds as per our Quality Guarantee. Please note that opened products may be subject to reduced refunds to reflect diminished value.
We are confident in the quality of our products. If any product is faulty or you are unsatisfied, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If a bottle of wine is faulty (e.g., corked or oxidized), we will replace it or provide a refund. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.
Access to our Sites is provided on a temporary basis, and we may withdraw or amend the service without notice. You are responsible for making necessary arrangements for accessing the Sites and ensuring that anyone accessing them through your connection complies with these Terms. Your use of the Sites must be lawful and must not infringe the rights of others.
Certain features may require you to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and must notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
All content on our Sites, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print portions of the Sites for placing an order or using the Sites as a resource.

We disclaim liability for losses arising from your use of our Sites, except for those caused by our negligence. Our liability to you is limited to foreseeable losses directly resulting from our breach of these Terms.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, war, or failures of third-party services.
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. Extra care should be taken when handling heavy items, such as cases of wine, and when opening sparkling products. Products should be stored appropriately to maintain quality, ideally horizontally, at a stable, cool temperature, out of direct light.
It is illegal for anyone under the legal drinking age to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to verify identification upon delivery. In the event that satisfactory proof of age is not provided, the delivery will be withheld.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our Sites, and by continuing to use the Sites, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
